Today is IT Professionals Day! Our schools and students rely on technology for everything from lesson plans to attendance. Today, let's celebrate our IT professionals who keep our computer systems running smoothly and securely. We appreciate the work you do behind the scenes to ensure our students, teachers and schools are always connected!

Congratulations to these three recipients of $1,000 Partners In Education Teacher Tuition Reinbursement Scholarships! Kizzy White (Crescent Elementary), Kamilah Gordon (Moore Elementary) and Mignon Shoats (GSCS Enrichment Center) are working hard to further their education as they educate our students. This month, all GSCS schools will help fight hunger in our community by participating in the Manna From Above Food Drive. You can help by sending canned goods to school with your students this month.
Future Jag Night is coming up September 12!
This year future jags will have the opportunity to sing the national anthem with SHS chorus before the game!

GSCS is excited to share that our Fall Fling 5K and Bazaar will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025! Register to participate in the 5K or just plan to come shop from our employee vendors. The event proceeds will benefit staff and teacher appreciation initiatives throughout the district.
All GSCS schools & offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, in celebration of Labor Day.
