Dear Crescent Elementary Families,
It is truly an honor and a blessing to serve you as the principal at Crescent Elementary. I attended Crescent for all of my elementary school years and it is a special experience to return as the principal. I am a lifelong resident of Griffin and have served in the Griffin Spalding County School System for 27 years. Crescent has a deep history of excellence and I am grateful to be a part of continuing that tradition of strong partnerships with parents and the community and high academic expectations for our students.
Crescent has an awesome staff that is ready and willing to provide you and your children with a wonderful educational experience. Our system mission is to empower each student to graduate college and career ready. That begins right here at Crescent Elementary. Our theme for this year is “Learning is our Superpower”. We will equip our students with the knowledge and skills necessary for academic and social/emotional success.
